Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal when making purchases on astromantie.com and in our app. The official instructions can be found below in the wording of the law. Below we will explain to you when the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for our digital products.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tobias Schacht, Astromantie, Krückebergstr. 18, 32602 Vlotho, Germany, email: info@astromantie.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://astromantie.com/widerruf/. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of revocation as well as the date and time of its receipt.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Special Notes

In the case of a contract for the provision of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier, your right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have begun to fulfill the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start fulfilling the contract before the cancellation period has expired, you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation by agreeing to the start of the contract fulfillment, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable data carrier.

As far as it concerns a contract for services, your right of cancellation expires with the complete provision of the service if you have expressly agreed beforehand that we will start the execution before the cancellation period has expired and have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation once the contract has been completely fulfilled.

What this means for your order

  • Analyses (PDF): During the ordering process, you expressly request that we start creating it immediately. This is what we do: Immediately after payment, your information is processed, calculated and interpreted. Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have sent you the finished analysis. If you cancel during creation, you will pay the portion of the work that has been completed by then; we will refund you the rest.
  • Unlocks and Cosmic Questions: With your consent, we will activate it immediately or answer your question immediately. This means that your right of withdrawal expires.
  • “Your perfect moment” and lunar calendar (1 or 12 months): With your consent you will receive immediate access. This means that your right of withdrawal expires. The activation ends automatically, you don't have to cancel anything.
  • In-app purchases via Google Play or the Apple App Store: You can apply for refunds at the respective store. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
  • Entrepreneur, for example when purchasing a company analysis for a company, have no right of withdrawal.
