Where do the rules of the lunar calendar come from?
From tradition: Farming, craft and house rules as they were passed down and collected over generations in the Alpine region and beyond, for example by Paungger and Poppe. For each rating, the calendar shows you the rule behind it. They are traditional orientations, not promises.
Does the calendar apply to where I live?
Yes. Moon phase, sign changes and times are calculated for your time zone and place of residence, down to the minute. The gardening tips are intended for the climate of Central Europe, the other six areas apply everywhere.
What is included in the activation?
The full lunar calendar with all seven areas, 92 activities, 80 plants including its own monthly calendar, favorites and monthly planning. Plus “Your Perfect Moment”: 161 life questions in 17 areas, calculated based on your birth horoscope.
Do I have to cancel something?
No. You pay once and have full access for 1 month or 12 months. The activation then ends automatically and nothing further will be debited. You can see until when it is valid in your account. If you want to continue afterwards, simply unlock it again.
Does the lunar calendar replace medical or professional advice?
No. When it comes to health, teeth and procedures, the calendar shows what tradition says. What your doctor or specialist advises you always comes first.
Lunar calendar: sow, cultivate and harvest according to the rhythm of the moon
The lunar calendar from Astromantie shows you where the moon is for every day and what that means for your plans. The moon phase, moon sign, the trine of the day and the sap flow are next to each other, calculated to the exact day and based on where you live.
Seven areas are stored: garden, body, health, household, crafts, kitchen and animals. For each area you can see what is cheap today and what is better waiting. The rules follow tradition according to Paungger and Poppe: root, leaf, flower and fruit days, waxing and waning moon, ascending and descending sap flow.
In the plant lexicon you will find eighty cultures with sowing, care and harvest windows, as well as a separate monthly calendar for each plant. The “Suitable today” column shows the harvest candidates when the moon is rising and the sowing candidates when the moon is descending, always only showing what is currently in season.
